SCAD, a respected US design/art school will branch out in Honk Kong. Considering the short trip going to HK and no need for VISA, SCAD HK is close to the Philippines!
SCAD opens SCAD Hong Kong at the former North Kowloon Magistracy Building this September 2010. Courses of study are registered with the Hong Kong Education Bureau.
The university will offer bachelor’s and master’s degrees, pending U.S. approval by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

- Animation (Bachelor of Fine Arts)
- Graphic design (Bachelor of Fine Arts, Master of Arts, Master of Fine Arts)
- Illustration (Bachelor of Fine Arts)

- Motion media design (Bachelor of Fine Arts)
- Photography (Bachelor of Fine Arts, Master of Arts, Master of Fine Arts)
- Visual effects (Bachelor of Fine Arts)
