EMPLOYEES of the Product Development and Design Center of the Philippines, an attached agency of the Trade Department, have submitted a position paper to President Benigno Aquino III complaining about the agency’s alleged mismanagement by an official appointed by the previous administration.
In their letter sent on Nov. 25 and coursed through Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa, the employees claimed that executive director Myrna Sunico, appointed by then President Gloria Arroyo in March, was abusing her authority and disregarding protocol when disseminating information. Full story here.
