The furniture set doesn’t have a lot of heirloom potential but hey, billion solus find Ikea cool ‘n nice. Assembly looks fun if you like DIY-ing.

There are times when furniture need to be nailed (or bolted) on the floor, wall, etc. For safety and security. Like park seating or outdoor/public benches, some installations need to be fixed and nailed.
Another good example… how about nailing furniture (dining tables, seats, bed, etc.) inside cruise ships (yacht, ferries)…
Ship owners don’t want to mess up the floors and walls? Take a look a the how chaotic it was inside cruise liner after hitting a super storm north of New Zealand. Nailing ‘em furniture and drilling the floors is justifiable.
