A Christmas Story: Mea Culpa con El Retraso y Differencia

Mea Culpa con El Retraso y Differencia. Three buyers returned some furniture pieces for replacement, the other set is for repair. This is our first holiday season that we are on full swing, and the orders are overwhelming. So we may have overlooked some details with some of the orders. Everyday, our BIG BIG BIG pickup location entertains buyers from all over Metro Manila and nearby towns (and the shop is packed with furniture you can’t even move!). Right now, we have over two dozen buyers with pending furniture orders. Rest assured that we are working very hard to meet the demand, the due-dates, the quality, etc. Anyway, any problem and delays with the furniture reserved, ordered, purchased, please contact us and we’ll respond as quick as humanly possible (office hours).
