I bought this from Edu Manzano’s fave hardware depot, Wilcon. If I am not mistaken, these four cost only 99.00 (25.00 a piece). Great thing about this type of planter is that it is plastic. Therefore, can be placed outdoors (patios, gardens, balconies) and I believe it is resistant to warping, shrinking and other effects of the king-sun. It, being colorful and neat-looking, it can be used indoors as well (desks and table tops) or by the windows even.
The negative is, the holes at the bottom are too big, you will still need separate pot/can/plastic to contain the earth or soil and water. Plants are cheap and so are the planters. The harder part is the nurturing of the smaller plant species. The planters may be colorful and lively but I’m telling you, these have been the site of gruesome dying plants (2 exactly). I’m blaming the summer heat! But then again, we can always use these as pencil cases.
